文中系统地分析和总结了上海海事局上海航标处近年来借鉴国际先进经验,探索、运用新型、科学、有效的考核标准来提高航标维护质量的成功经验,阐述了在我国沿海航标管理中,特别是延长航标维护周期后,推行《海区航标维护质量新考核标准》的必要性和紧迫性。

This paper analyses and smnmarizes the experience of the Aids to Navigation Division of Shanghai MSA in learning from the advanced experience abroad and applying the new assessment standards in the management to improve the quality of se^wice. It also emphasizes the necessity and importance of implementing the new standards especially after the ,naintenance eyele is extended.
