基于虚拟岗位的代理商办案系统的设计思想

VIRTUAL POSITION BASED DESIGN FRAMEWORK FOR PROGRAMMING CASE HANDLING SYSTEMFOR AGENCY COMPANIES

针对代理商的业务职能及其典型工作流程，本文论述了基于虚拟岗位的代理商办案系统的设计思想、办案系统的组成以及典型应用并着重论述了任务调度和时限管理子系统，它是整个办案系统的核心。借助于虚拟岗位能够使复杂的工作流程简单化，达到简化任务的目的，从而实现高效率、高准确度的任务调度和时限管理。我们借助于虚拟岗位实现的商标代理办案系统从实践上证明了借助于虚拟岗位能有效地解决代理商办案中复杂的任务调度和时限管理的要求。

Considering business properties and typical workflows of agency companies, this paper proposes the use of virtual positions for designing case handling system for agency companies (CHSAC) and its typical application. Five subsystems that constitute an intact CHSAC are pointed out, and particularly the task assignment and time limit management subsystem which is the focal point of CHSAC. Base on the proposed virtual position technique, intricate workflows can be simplified, and therefore high efficiency and accuracy of task assignment and time limit management can be achieved. A CHSAC programmed for a trademark agency company by us demonstrates the effectiveness of use of virtual positions for designing intricate case handling system,Mamagement information System.
