摘要
虚拟现实(VR)系统是一种具有交互性和临场感的三维图形系统,目前得到了广泛的研究和应用。构造VR系统的一项关键技术是建模。本文介绍一种基于几何和图象的建筑物建模方法。它充分利用了建筑物的特性,使建筑物基本几何模型的恢复变得比较容易。用户使用建筑物的一组图象,通过交互式操作,使用计算机视觉中从运动恢复结构(structurefrommotion)的算法,来重建建筑物的几何模型。
Virtual Reality systems are interactive,immersive 3D graphics systems.which are widely used in various fields.One key technique for constructing VR systems is modeling.This paper introduces an architecture modeling method based on geometry and image. the method exploits thoroughly the property of buildings, and make it very easy to recover the geometric model. Based on a set of images of architectural building, using structure from motion algorithm, the geomeirie models of buildings are reconstructed with interactive operation by users.
