摘要 目的:分析白花檵木花的挥发油化学成分,为其质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白花檵木花的挥发油成分,用GC毛细管柱进行分离,质谱检测,归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:检出36个成分,鉴定出19个化合物,占挥发油总量的97.63%。结论:除了醋酸乙酯外,烷烃类是主要化学成分,十五烷相对含量达21.12%。 Objective: To analyze the constituents of the essential oil extracted from the flowers of Loropetalum chinensis (R. Br. ) Oliv. (Chinese Loropetalum flower) , and provide quality control foundations. Methods: The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation method and identified by GC-MS. The relative content was determined with normalization method. Results: Thirty-six compounds were detected and 19 compounds were identified which were 97.63% of the total essential oil. Conclusion: Except ethyl acetate detected, alkanes were the main constituents in the essential oil extracted from the flowers of L. chinensis. Among them, pentadecane was 21.12 % of the total essential oil.
