摘要
目的:对参芪注射液中糖含量进行测定,提供可行的糖检测方法。方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,测定总糖的含量。结果:葡萄糖的浓度0.02~0.2mg.mL-1(r=0.9996)线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为93.1%(RSD=1.4%)(n=6)。5批供试品测定,折合原药材总糖平均含量参芪为0.45g.g-1,黄芪为0.19g.g-1,党参为0.69g.g-1,参芪注射液为22.5mg.mL-1。结论:本研究建立的方法可用于参芪注射液糖含量的测定,并为质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective: To establish a method to analysis the sugar content in the Codonopsis-Astragalus root injection. Methods:Perform the analysis with anthrone-sulfuric acid method using glucose as the standard sample. Results : There were good linear relation between the 0. 02 mg and 0. 2mg. mL^-1 ( r = 0. 999 6 ) of glucose and the average recoveries was 93.1% ( RSD = 1.4% ) ( n = 6). The average sugar contents in the astragalus, codonopsis, astragaluscodonopsis and injection were 0. 19 g.g^-1, 0. 69 g.g^-1 , 0.45 g.g^-1 and 22.5 mg.mL^-1 respectively. Conclusion: This research gives a useful method for the analysis of the sugar content in the Codonopsis-Astragalus root injection.
