HPLC测定抗骨增生片中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Kangguzengsheng Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效相液色谱法测定抗骨增生片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷的回归方程为Y=1490.44X-12.4236(r=1.0000),线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.5%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于抗骨增生片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of icariin in Kangguzengsheng tablets. Methods：An Agilent C18 column （250mm×4. 6mm, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase was consisted of acetonituile-water（25：75 ） at a flow rate of 1.0mL.min^-1 UV detection wavelength was 270mn. Results： The calibration curve of Icariin was Y= 1 490. 44X - 12. 423 6 （r = 1. 000 0） ,and the average recovery was 99. 5% （n =6）. Conclusion： The methed is simple, accurate. It can be used for quality control of Kangguzengsheng tablets.
