超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺部疾病诊断中的应用

Application of Ultrasonic Guidance Percutem Lung Paracentesis Biopsy in Pulmonary Disease Diagnosis

目的:探讨超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺部周围型肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2006年1月至2008年1月间在我院住院的接受超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的患者100例,分析穿刺活检成功率、病理结果以及穿刺并发症等。结果:本组总穿刺成功率为96.00%。组织病理学检查显示鳞癌14例,腺癌20例,低分化腺癌11例,小细胞癌8例,转移癌13例,胸膜间皮瘤15例,炎性假瘤8例,脓肿6例,结核5例。本组患者术后出现明显并发症12例,其中术后出现咯血8例,出现胸膜反应4例,总发生率12.00%。结论:超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检穿刺成功率高、安全可靠,在肺部疾病诊断中具有极大的应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the application value of ultrasonic guidance per cutem lung paracentesis on pulmonary disease diagnosis. Method： 100 cases who receiced the ultrasonic guidance per cutem lung paracentesis per cutem in our hospital from January in 2006 to January in 2008 were selcected, and the achievement ratio of per cutem lung paracentesis biopsy, pathology and the complication were analyzed. Restilt： The achievement ratio of per cutem lung paracentesis biopsy was 96.00% . The histopathology showed that there were 14 cases with SC, 20 cases with adenocarcinoma, 11 cases with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, 8 cases with small cell carcinoma, 8 cases with small cell carcinoma, 15 cases withmesothelioma of pleura, 8cases with inflammatory pseudotumor, 6 cases with abscess, 5 cases with concretion, there were 12 cases with complication after operation, and there were 8 cases with hemoptysis, 4 cases with pleura and the totall incidence rate was 12.00%. Conclusion： The achievement ratio of ultrasonic guidance per cutem lung paracentesis biopsy is high and it is safe, so application value of ultrasonic guidance per cutem lung paracentesis on pulmonary disease diagnosis is tremendous.
