断耳再植术3例的血运观察与护理

Nursing and Observing the Blood Circulation on 3 Cases Replantation of Amputated Ear

目的:探讨断耳再植术的血运观察与护理。方法:对3例断耳再植患者术后予"三抗"治疗,做好临床护理,密切观察血运,给予放血治疗,预防感染。结果:3例断耳再植都成活,成活率100%,患耳没有明显萎缩,基本听觉功能无异常。结论:断耳再植术成活不但取决于患耳的血液循环的重新建立,而术后护理人员高度的责任心,精心护理,密切观察再植耳体的血运,预防并发症发生是断耳再植成功的有力保障。

Objective： To explore the successful rate of replantation of amputated ear with proper nursing. Method： 3 cases replantation of amputated ear with normal theray to prevent infection, as well as blood letting therapy. We observed the blood circulation with suitable nursing during the whole course. Result： There＇s no obviouse ear atrophy or abnormal auditonry function in all 3 cases replantation of amputated ear （ The successful rate was 100% ）. Conclusion： It＇s the key to assure the success of replantation of amputated ear with proper nursing and careful observation as well as the reconstruction of blood circulation for amputated ear.
