肺癌的病理类型与远处转移的易发器官

目的回顾性分析各病理类型Ⅳ期肺癌的远处转移特点与规律。方法将361例诊断明确、资料完整的Ⅳ期肺癌患者纳入分析。其中，鳞癌155例，腺癌130例，小细胞癌51例，腺鳞癌25例；比较各病理类型肺癌不同器官远处转移发生率，并进行统计学分析。结果在各病理类型中，腺癌的骨转移发生率最高，为50．77％（P〈0．005）；腺鳞癌的肝转移发生率最高，为40．00％，P〈0．05。小细胞癌的脑及肾上腺转移发生率均高于其他病理类型分别为45．10％及15．69％（P〈0．005）（P〈0．05），鳞癌的各脏器转移发生率均较低。结论不同病理类型肺癌有其各自的远处转移特点，应针对性地选择检查和制定治疗方案。

Objective To investigate retrospectively the characteristics and regularity of the distant metastasis of stage IV lung cancer with different pathological types. Methods 361 patients with stage IV lung cancer, collected from our hospital with complete clinical and pathological data, were investigated retrospectively. The different organs metastasis rates of different pathological types ：of lung cancer were compared and analyzed statistically. Results Skeletal metastasis rate of adenocarcinoma was higher than other pathological types（50. 77 %,P 〈 0. 005 ）;adrenal metastasis rate and main metastasis rate of small cell lung cancer were 15.69% and 45.10% （ P 〈 0. 05） respectively; the different organs metastasis rate of squamous carcinoma was low. Conclusion Each pathological type of lung cancer has its characteristics of the distant metastasis.
