肱骨近端骨质疏松致骨折的治疗
摘要
老年人，尤其是〉70岁的高龄者，骨质量明显下降，易发生低能量损伤所致的骨质疏松性骨折，发生脆性骨折如需手术治疗时，医师、患者及家属均会对高龄患者的安全性产生顾虑。与其他年龄段患者手术不同的是此时对于手术治疗的安全性评估与术后患肢功能状态的评估同等重要^[1]。作者对2004年6月至2008年6月在本院所做的26例肱骨近端骨质疏松性骨折患者行切开复位自体髂骨植骨LPHP固定手术，疗效满意，现总结如下。
