摘要
供应链管理（ＳｕｐｐｌｙＣｈａｉｎＭａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔ，ＳＣＭ）直接关系到企业整个经营过程的优劣。针对敏捷制造模式下对敏捷化供应链管理的要求，探讨了敏捷化供应链管理集成框架，并对其中的关键技术提出了初步解决方案。
Supply Chain Management (SCM) exerts great influence on business. To satisfy the requirements of agile supply chain management system in agile manufacturing, the integratied framework of agile supply chain management is studied in this paper. Some tentative Solutions of the critical techical problem are also given.
