摘要
在常压下,利用分子筛吸附氯化镁乙醇溶液中的水分,研究了氯化镁浓度、温度、时间、分子筛加入量对脱水量的影响。根据试验结果,得出结论:(1)分子筛最佳停留时间为6 h;(2)浓度越低,溶液中的最终含水量越小,但浓度越高,吸附量越高;(3)温度升高,吸附速率提高,但升高到一定温度,吸附率不再明显提高,最佳温度为26℃。(4)氯化镁乙醇溶液,每100 g溶液加入120 g分子筛,吸附量最大,吸附率可达76.5%。
Under normal atmosphere, molecular sieve adsorbs water of magnesium chloride ethanol solution, the influence of dehydration of the magnesium chloride concentration, temperature, time and the amount of molecular sieve was studied. Based on the test results, the best technological conditions : ( 1 ) The most favorable retention time for molecular sieve is 6 hours. ( 2 ) the lower the concentration of the solution is , the less the final moisture content becomes, while the higher the concentration is, the higher the adsorption capacity gets. ( 3 ) Temperature increases, the adsorption rate increased, but increased to a certain temperature, the adsorption rate is no longer markedly changed. The best temperature is 26℃. ; (4) For the magnesium chloride ethanol solution, the adsorption capacity reaches its maximum when you put 100 g solution into a 120 g molecular sieve, adsorption rate of 76.5 percent.
