全自动酶免分析仪检测HBsAg呈假阳性352例原因分析

False Positive Results of HBsAg by Automatic Enzyme Immunoassay Analyzer:Cause Analysis of 352 Cases

目的分析全自动酶免分析仪检测血清中HBsAg时出现假阳性的原因,以便加以控制。方法用全自动酶免分析仪检测血清中HBsAg(ELISA法),对2次检测结果阴阳性不同的352份标本进行原因分析。结果各种原因所占比例分别为:试剂盒质量占1.42%,标本处理占3.69%,溶血占0.28%,加样针堵塞和清洗不全占84.94%,洗板不当占9.38%,显色剂放置时间过久等因素都影响HBsAg的检测结果。结论用全自动酶免分析仪ELISA法检测HBsAg时,出现假阳性原因占比例最高的为加样针堵塞和钢针清洗不干净。应针对各种因素,做好检测过程中的质量控制。

[ Objective] To analyze the cause of false positive results of HBsAg by automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer so as to control it. [ Methods] ELISA method was adopted to detect serum HBsAg by automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer. Totally 352 samples with different results in 2 test were analyzed for the cause. [Results]The factor, which impacted the results of testing HB- sag, were the quality of kits （ 1.42% }, the dealing of samples （3.69%）, hemolysis （0.28%）, adding sample needle clogging and cleaning incomplete （84.94%）, plate washer improper （9.38%） and long-rime reagent storage. [ Conclusion] During detecring HBsAg by ELISA with the automatic enzyme immunoassay.analyzer, the factor, which impacts the results most, is adding sample needle clogging and cleaning incomplete.
