蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药的气相色谱质谱联用检测法

Determination of Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetable by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

目的应用气相色谱质谱联用技术同时检测蔬菜中多种氨基甲酸酯类农药。方法用振荡器和样品浓缩仪优化样品前提取方法,以气质联用仪分析氨基甲酸酯农药。结果该方法相对标准偏差在2.73%～5.09%之间,回收率在81.8%～95.6%之间,线性相关系数大于0.9957。结论该方法准确可靠,可应用于蔬菜中多种氨基甲酸酯农药的同时测定。

[ Objective ] To study the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for determination of various carbamates pesticide in vegetable. [ Methods] The sample pre-treatment method was optimized by oscillators and sample concentration instrument, and the car- bamates pesticide in vegetable were tested by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. [ Results] The relative standard deviations was 2.73% - 5.09%, the recoveries was 81.8% - 95.6%, and the linear correlation coefficient was higher than 0. 9957. [ Conclusion] The method is accurate and reliable, which can be applied for the determination of carbamates pesticide in vegetable.
