食品中糖精钠和苯甲酸的高效液相色谱测定法 被引量:2

Determination of Saccharin Sodium and Benzoic Acid in Foods by High-performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 目的探讨一种前处理方法简单并可快速测定食品中糖精钠、苯甲酸的检测方法——高效液相色谱法。方法研究各类样品的前处理方法,采用YWG-C18不锈钢柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇:乙酸铵为流动相,于230nm波长下进行检测。结果采用该方法糖精钠和苯甲酸在0~250mg/L范围内,相关系数均在0.999以上,最小检出限分别为0.15和0.5mg/L。糖精钠和苯甲酸相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%、2.5%,回收率分别为95.3%~103.5%和95.5%~104.8%。结论该方法操作简便,可同时快速测定2种物质,具有良好的准确性和精密度,可应用于大量食品样品中糖精钠和苯甲酸的检测工作。 [ Objective ] To explore the high-performance liquid chromatography with advantages of simple pre-treatment method and rapid determination of saccharin sodium and benzoic acid in foods. [ Methods ] The pre-treatment methods of various samples were studies, YWG -C18 stainless steel column (250 ×4.6mm,5μm) was applied, the mobile phase was methanol: ammonium ac- etate, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. [ Results] In the range of 0 - 250 mg/L,the correlation coefficients of saccharin sodium and benzoic acid were higher than 0.999, minimum detection limit was 0.15 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L respectively. The relative standard deviations {RSD} of saccharin sodium and benzoic acid was 2.7% and 2.5% , recoveries was 95.3% ~ 103.5% and 95.5% ~ 104.8%. [ Conclusion] The method is simple with good accuracy and precision, and it can measure two kinds of material quickly and simultaneously. The method can be used for detection of saccharin sodium and benzoic acid in a large number of food samples.
