摘要
目的了解深圳地区不同季节水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染程度和耐药性,为控制副溶血性弧菌相关的食源性疾病提供依据。方法定期从市场抽取水产品,副溶血性弧菌的分离根据国标GB/T4789.7-2003进行,用GNID革兰阴性菌鉴定板进行生化鉴定,用法国梅里埃ATBFungs药敏反应板进行药敏实验。结果294份样品中检出副溶血性弧菌113株,检出率38.44%。夏秋季副溶血性弧菌的污染率明显高于冬春季(χ2=5.62,P<0.05。)。副溶血性弧菌对氨苄西林(AMP)、替卡西林(TIC)、头孢唑啉(KZ)的耐药率分别为65.47%、51.33%和43.36%。结论深圳水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染严重,在治疗相关食源性疾病时应合理用药。
[ Objective] To investigate the contamination status and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquantic products in different seasons in Shenzhen, provide the basis for controlling the food-borne disease caused by Vibrio parahaemolytieus. [ Methotis ] The aquantic products were collected from market on time. The Vibrio Parahaemolyticus was separated according to GB/4789. 7 -2003, and identified by GNID. The drug sensitive test was performed by ATB Fungus bioMeieux France method. [ Results] 113 of 294 samples were positive for Vibrio parahaemolyticus {38.44% ). The positive rate in summer and autumn was higher than that in spring and winter significantly (X2 = 5.62, P 〈 0.05 ). The resistance rate of ampicillin, ticareillin and eefazolin was 65.47%, 51.33% and 43.36%. [ Conclusion] The contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in Shenzhen is severe. In the treatment of related food-borne disease, drug usage should be reasonable.
