潍坊市2006—2008年一次性使用卫生用品的卫生状况

Sanitation Situation of One-off Hygiene Articles in Weifang City during 2006—2008

目的了解潍坊市一次性使用卫生用品及生产车间卫生状况。方法依据GB15979-2002[1]对潍坊市生产企业一次性卫生用品及车间环境检测资料进行分析。结果2006—2008年合计调查282份卫生产品,合格率为97.87%,其中卫生纸、面巾纸合格率分别为98.73%、98.46%,餐巾纸、卫生巾合格率均为100%,皮肤、黏膜类卫生用品合格率为89.19%,明显低于前4种卫生用品合格率(χ2=15.65,P<0.01);细菌菌落总数合格率为97.87%,真菌菌落总数合格率为100%,大肠菌群、致病性化脓菌合格率均为99.65%。企业的车间环境采样698份,检测合格率96.70%;工人手合格率为93.81%;工作台表面合格率为98.73%;车间空气合格率为100%。结论潍坊市一次性使用卫生用品卫生状况逐年提高,皮肤、黏膜类一次性卫生用品卫生状况偏低,而生产环境卫生状况较好。

[ Objective] To understand the sanitation situation of the one-off hygiene articles and production environment in Weifang City. [ Methods ] Analysis was made on the data of the sanitation situation of the one-off hygiene articles and production environment in Weifang City according to GB 15979 -2002 [ 1 ]. [ Results] Totally 282 hygiene articles were investigated during 2006--2008, the qualified rate was 97.87%, that of toilet paper, tissues, paper napkin, sanitary napkin was 98.73%, 98.46%, 100% and 100%, respectively. The qualified rate of hygiene articles for skin, mucous membrane was 89.19% which was significantly lower than the former（ X2 = 15.65 ,P 〈0.01 ）. The acceptability of total number of bacterial colony was 97.87% ; that of the total number of fungal colonies was 100% ; coli form and pathogenic bacterium was 99.65%. Of 698 samples collected from production environ- ment, the qualified rate was 96.70% ; that of worker＇s hand, table surface and workshop air was 93.81%, 98.73%, 100%. [ Conelusion] Sanitation situation of the one-off hygiene articles improves annually in Weifang City. Sanitation situation of one-off hygiene articles for skin, mucous membrane is poor, while that in production environment is relatively high.
