摘要
目的探讨封闭式负压引流技术治疗皮肤软组织缺损骨外露的疗效。方法24例皮肤软组织缺损骨外露创面先行清创及封闭式负压吸引7~14d后应用组织瓣覆盖骨外露创面。结果24例创面经封闭式负压吸引7~14d感染得到控制,骨外露及周边有新鲜肉芽组织生长,细菌培养阴性,再次手术行游离植皮及组织瓣移植全部一次成活。结论封闭式负压引流吸引可以控制感染,免除换药刺激肉芽组织生长,为组织瓣移植提供了良好的条件,封闭式负压引流技术对皮肤软组织缺损骨外露具有很好的修复效果。
[ Objective ] To explore the efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD } in treatment of bone exposure caused by skin and soft tissue defects. [Methods]24 cases of bone exposure caused by skin and soft tissue defects were treated with debridement firstly, and after VSD for 7 ~ 14 days, the wound surface of bone exposure were covered by tissue flaps. [ Results] After 7 - 14 days of VSD, the wound infection of 24 patients was controlled. The fresh granulation tissue grew in wound surface and surroundings of bone expo- sttrel and the result of wound bacterial culture was negative. All of the re-operation of free skin grafting and tissue flap transplantation survived at its first try. [ Conclusion] VSD can control the infection, avoid the growth of granulation tissue stimulated by dressing change, and provide a good condition for tissue flap transplantation. VSD has a good repairing effect on bone exposure caused by skin and soft tissue defects.
