Text Analysis on China's Policy for Quality of Higher Education since the Reform and Opening-up Pocicy

运用文本分析方法对改革开放以来我国的高等教育质量政策加以梳理,试图理清政策文本脉络,分析高等教育质量政策的主要特征与存在的问题,以期较为完整地勾勒出国家政策文本中对高等教育质量的有关规定,从而更好地指导高等教育的发展。

This paper sorts out the policy for higher education quality with the method of text analysis since the implementation of reform and opening-up policy, in order to clarify the policy text structure and analyze the main features and the existing problems of the policy, in the hope of outlining the relevant regulations of the higher education quality in the national policy text, thus better guiding the development of higher education.
