Monitoring Results of HBsAg Carrier Rate among 29832 Food Service Workers

目的了解和掌握服务行业重点人群HBsAg携带情况,指导行业卫生法规的实施与监督。方法2008年对上海市闵行区饮食服务从业者29832人抽取静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBsAg、HBeAg。结果HBsAg的阳性率为4.58%,HBsAg的阳性率高峰出现在30～39岁和40～49岁,分别为5.51%和5.46%,各年龄组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性为5.25%、女性为3.97%(P<0.01);HBsAg携带者15.80%伴有HBeAg阳性,且随年龄的增大呈下降趋势(P<0.01),20～29岁及20岁以下分别为18.25%和51.96%,其余年龄组均低于10.00%;男性为16.58%、女性为14.86%(P>0.05)。结论闵行区饮食服务人员HBsAg阳性率低于上海市人群的平均水平,有年龄、性别差异;HBeAg阳性率与年龄呈反比,无性别差异;29岁以下人员是行业卫生监督监测的重点人群。

[ Objective ] To investigate the HBsAg carrier status among workers in service trade, guide the implementation and supervision of health laws. [ Methods ] The venous blood samples were collected from 29 832 food service workers in Minhang district of Shanghai, HBsAg and HBeAg were tested by ELISA. [ Results] The positive rate of HBsAg was 4.58%, and the peak age of the positive rate were 30 -39 years old （5.51%） and 40 -49 years old （5.46%） , and there was significant difference among age groups （P 〈0.01）. The difference in the positive rate of HBsAg between male group （5.25%） and female group （5.25%） was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. 15.80% of HBsAg carrier was accompanied with HBeAg positive. The positive rate of HBeAg showed a decreasing trend with age （ P 〈 0.01 ） , which that in 20 - 29 years old group and under 20 years old group was 18.25% and 51.96% respectively, and those in other age groups were lower than 10.00%. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HBeAg between male group （ 16.58% ） and female group （ 14.86% ） （ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] The positive rate of HBsAg among food service workers in Minhang district was lower than Shanghai average level, and there were age and sex differences. The positive rate of HBeAg decreased with age, and there was no sex difference. Worker under 29 years old is the key population for monitoring and supervision.
