摘要
主要从学生、教师及学校管理三个方面分析医学本科生科研能力培养过程中存在的问题,提出通过加强学生教育、教师指导及学校管理等有效途径培养医学本科生的科研能力。
This article analyzes the problems during the training of medical undergraduates＇ scientific research ability from three aspects： students, teachers and school administration. Then it suggests developing medical students＇ scientific research ability by enhancing student education, teacher guidance and school administration.
