摘要
社会的发展带来了价值观的多元并存,高校教师的形象因此也发生了嬗变,本文对高校教师的生存质量进行了调查分析,发现职业倦怠、工作的重复单一以及一些欠合理的考核评价体系在困扰着高校教师,并严重影响了高校的发展。而生命哲学为反思这些问题提供了一个新的视角和解决途径:那就是热爱生命、尊重生命、完善生命并不断提升生命质量,高教教师就会回归到属于自己的本真意义世界。
The development of society has brought about multiple values which coexist, and the image of teachers at colleges and universities has changed. This article investigated and analyzed the living quality of teach- ers at colleges and universities and found that job burnout, repetitive and monotonous work as well as the un- reasonable assessment system have puzzled the teachers, and even seriously affected the development of uni- versifies. Life philosophy provides a new angle and way to reflect on these problems. Only by loving life, respecting life, consummating life and constantly improving life" quality can teachers at colleges and universities return to the real meaning world which used to belong to them.
