摘要
"国家大学生创新性实验计划"在全国范围内的开展,对医学院校的实验教学改革起了重大的推动作用。医学实验模式逐步发生了变化,同时学生的创新能力得到了培养和发展,并从各方面提高了学生的综合能力,为培养出适合国家和社会需要的医学人才奠定了基础。
Student Research Training Program （SRTP） has been put into practice all over the country, and has greatly promoted experiment teaching reform at medical universities. The model of medical experiments is changing gradually, students＇ creative ability has been cultivated and developed, which improved their allround ability in different aspects. It lays foundation for producing medical talents who can meet the needs of the country and society.
