Strengthening Clinical Thinking Training to Improve the Quality of Dermatovenereological Internship Teaching

临床见习是临床医学教育的重要环节,也是检验和提高理论教学效果的重要阶段。在皮肤性病学见习课内,根据临床典型病例的示教,复习相关疾病的医学理论知识,并密切联系临床实际,综合分析病情,制定可行治疗方案,训练灵活的临床诊治思维,为下一步进入临床实习奠定可行的临床思维模式,从而培养出符合临床需要的高素质医学人才。

Clinical practice is regarded as a key part in clinical medical education; meanwhile it is an impor- tant phase to assess and improve theory teaching effect. In classes of dermatovenereology practice, it is neces- sary to teach with typical clinical cases, review medical theory of diseases concerned, combine theory with clinical reality, make a comprehensive analysis of conditions, make feasible treatment schemes, and train flex- ible clinical thinking in diagnosis and treatment. All these measures can develop students＇ clinical way of thinking in clinical practice and produce high-quality medical talents who meet clinical needs.
