Effects of humanistic nursing on unstable angina pectoris

目的:探讨人性化护理对不稳定型心绞痛患者治疗的影响。方法:60例符合条件的UAP患者作为研究对象,试验组和对照组各30例。对照组实施传统的常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施人性化护理,对两组临床效果和运动耐受情况进行评价。结果:试验组的临床效果和运动耐受情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施人性化护理能有效提高不稳定型心绞痛患者临床治疗效果和运动耐受,有利于患者的早日康复。

Objective. To investigate the effects of humanistic nursing on unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods： 60 patients with UAP were divided randomly into study group （n= 30） and control group （n=30）. The control group was given conventional nursing care, while the study group was given conventional and humanistic nursing care. Therapeutic effects and exercise tolerance of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results. Both of therapeutic effects and exercise tolerance of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The implementation of humanistic nursing may effectively increase therapeutic effects and exercise tolerance for patients with UAP, and is good for recovery of patients.
