摘要
研究了不同盐分和盐浓度对碱菀生理活性的影响,分析了碱菀SOD、POD、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白在不同盐分和盐浓度下的变化,阐明了碱菀对不同盐碱的适应机理。结果表明:不同盐碱胁迫下,SOD活性随着盐胁迫的延长先下降后升高,POD的活性随着胁迫时间的延长逐渐升高,可溶性蛋白随着时间和浓度的变化先上升后下降,脯氨酸含量增加;方差分析表明,SOD活性、POD活性和脯氨酸含量差异及显著(P(0.01),可溶性蛋白差异显著(P(0.05)。
We mainly studied different alkali -salt and salt concentration on the physiological activity of Tripolium vulgare in this experimet and analyzed different changes on SOD ,POD ,proline and soluble protein of Tripolium vulgate in different salt and salt concentrations,at last, explained its adaptation to different salt. Results show that with the extension of salt -stress, SOD activity first decreases then increases, but POD is increased, with the change of time and concentration, Soluble protein first increases and then decreases, and Proline content is increased. Variance analysis show that the difference between SOD activity and POD activity is extremely noticeable as Proline content , and the Soluble protein is noticeable.
