通络溶栓胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂及肝脂肪含量的影响

Effects of Tongluo Thrombolysis Capsule on Blood Lipids and Liver Fats Content of Hyperlipidemia Rats

目的:通过建立实验性高脂血症大鼠动物模型,观察通络溶栓胶囊降低血脂及肝脏中脂肪含量的影响。方法:选用健康雄性SD种大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、绞股蓝总甙对照组、通络溶栓胶囊大、中、小3个剂量组。除空白对照组给予普通饲料和饮用水外,其余各组每日给予高脂饲料的同时,高脂模型组灌胃等量的生理盐水,绞股蓝总甙对照组、通络溶栓胶囊大、中、小3个剂量组分别灌胃不同浓度的药液,连续30d后,用酶法检测血清中甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)的含量变化。同时测定肝重/体重指数,肝脏组织中甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)的含量变化及肝脏的形态学变化。结果:通络溶栓胶囊能够降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂含量,同时也能减少肝组织中脂肪含量,保护肝细胞形态得到改善。结论:通络溶栓胶囊能够降低高脂血症动物血清中的脂类和肝脏内脂肪含量。拟从中草药中寻找并开发防治心脑血管疾病,抗动脉粥样硬化、抗脂肪肝、抑制血小板聚集、抗血栓形成、溶解血栓有效的新药物。

Objective ：To establish a model of experimental hyperlipidemia rats, and determine the influence of Tongluo thrombolysis capsule on decreasing blood lipid and fat content in liver. Methods：sixty healthy SD male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： normal control group, with normal diet; Hyperlipidemia model group, with high fat diet ＋ equal physiological saline ; Gynostemma pentaphylla control, and high, middle and low dose groups, with high fat diet ＋ different medicine concentration. 30 days＇continuously administration later, the influence of Tongluo thrombolysis capsule on triglycerides（TG） and total cholesterol （TC） in rats were determined with, as well as liver weight/avoirdupois exponent, changes of triglycerides（TG）, total cholesterol （TC） and morphologic in liver. Results： Tongluo thrombolysis capsule could not only decrease blood lipid of experimental hyperlipidemia rats but also fat content in liver, and aegis liver cells＇configuration. Conclusions： These results suggested that Tongluo thrombolysis capsule can decrease lipid and fat in liver of hyperlipidemia animals. That should study out new medicine Chinese herbal medicine to prevent and cure cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, arteriosclerosis, Hepatic Adipose Infiltration, blood platelet aggregation, and thrombus disease.
