中药干预对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及转移的影响

Experimental Study of the Correlation of TCM Therapy of Small Mice With Cancer with Caner Development and metastasis

目的:复制阴虚、阳虚、血瘀等不同病证特点的荷瘤小鼠,研究不同中医"证"对肿瘤生长及转移的影响;研究中药干预对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及转移的影响,为临床辨证用药提供理论依据。方法:将荷瘤小鼠做成不同中医证型的模型,研究中医证型与荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长、转移、Bcl-2表达关系及辨证施治对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及转移的影响。结果:荷瘤小鼠证型对肿瘤的生长及转移有一定影响,其中阴虚组与脾虚组实验动物3项指标的改变是一致的,即实验动物的存活期缩短、实体瘤加大、肺转移病灶增多。血虚组与血瘀组动物与对照组相比存活期延长,其中血虚组动物与对照组相比,差异具有显著性。各实验组中的Bcl-2表达均高于正常对照组。结论:荷瘤小鼠证型对肿瘤的生长及转移有一定影响;所施中药均能不同程度延长荷瘤小鼠生存期;活血祛瘀中药能明显减少荷瘤小鼠血道肺转移灶数目。

Objective ：To study the correlation of TCM differentiation of small mouse with cancer and cancer development and metastasis and TCM therapy of small mouse with cancer and cancer development and metastasis so as to provide theoretical basis and guide the clinical practise. Methods：Small mouse were made of the model of different TCM differentiation,were randomly divided into groups. Changes including general appearance, survial time, cancer development and metastasis before and after TCM therapy and Bcl - 2 positive results were recorded. Results：The survival time was shorter and solid tumor was bigger and metastatic tumor was more in the groups of Yin and spleen deficiency compared with control group. The survival time was longer in the groups of blood deficiency and blood stasis compared with control group. Compared with the control group the blood deficiency group had distinctively differences. The decoction of regulating the Qi movement and expelling the blood clot could decrease the number of lung metastasis of the mice with cancer. Conclusions：The TCM differentiation is related with the cancer development and metastasis of small mouse with cancer. The decoction of regulating the Qi movement and expelling the blood clot can decrease the number of lung metastasis of the little mouse with cancer.
