摘要 小热休克蛋白是一类具有高度保守的α晶体蛋白域的应激蛋白。小分子热休克蛋白22(HSP22)具有分子伴侣、蛋白激酶及促凋亡/抗凋亡等多种生物学功能,已被发现与多种神经系统疾病、肿瘤、心血管疾病及风湿病等发生、发展密切相关。近年来,HSP22与神经退行性疾病及缺血性心脏病的关系备受关注,本文对HSP22的研究现状进行综述。 The small heat shock protein(HSP)is a kind of stress protein,which contains a conservative α-crystallin domain.Heat shock protein 22(HSP22)has chaperonelike,autokinase activity and pro-or antiapoptotic effects.It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of neurologic diseases,tumor,cardiovascular diseases and rheumatism.In recent years,the relationships between HSP22 and neurodegenerative diseases or ischemic heart disease have been greatly concerned.This paper reviews current study situation of HSP22.
