摘要
Fas系统作为调节人体凋亡的重要因子,在众多凋亡相关性疾病,如弥漫性间质性肺疾病、心力衰竭、移植排斥反应、肿瘤等中均起重要作用。Fas系统可以与疾病之间相互影响,Fas系统功能正常时,可使异常细胞凋亡;Fas系统功能异常时,异常细胞可以逃避免疫监视得以存活并形成疾病,进一步影响Fas系统的稳定。研究表明,Fas系统的变化不仅可以判断人体疾病的状态,而且对于疾病的治疗有重要的指导意义。
