转录因子Blimp1蛋白的研究现状

摘要 Blimp1蛋白作为锌指蛋白转录抑制因子,其促进B细胞发育成浆细胞终末分化中的作用已被大家共识。最近的研究显示,此蛋白在B细胞发育中起维持作用、在T细胞发育中起诱导分化作用,及在B细胞淋巴瘤中起抑癌因子作用。在小鼠及其他动物的胚胎发育中,Blimp1蛋白在原始干细胞发育、肌肉组织的形成等方面的作用也得到了人们初步的认识。 B lymphocyte induced maturation protein 1(Blimp1)is a zinc finger transcriptional repressor,the role of Blimp1 as a main regulator of terminal differentiation of B cells into plasma cells has been well studied.Recently,new roles for Blimp-1 have been revealed,as a key regulator of B cell development and T-cell differentiation and as a suppressor of B cell lymphoma.In the embryonic development of mice and other animals the roles of Blimp1 protein in the development of primitive stem cells,and in the formation of muscle tissue have been preliminary understood.
