Research Progress on the Relationship between Helicobacter Pylori and Cerebral Infarction

幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染与脑梗死的发病具有一定的相关性,其中HPCagA阳性菌株是HP中的高毒力菌株,其感染与脑梗死发病的相关性更为明显。其主要机制可通过炎症、免疫反应或干扰脂代谢等多途径影响动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成,进而影响脑梗死的发生、发展。但在一些方面还存在争议。

Many studies have declared the relationship between Helicobacter pylori（HP） and cerebral infarction, and HP CagA positive strains are the high-virulence strains of HP, their infection are more correlated with cerebral infarction. HP can induce the formation of atherosclerotic plaque through many pathogenic mechanisms, including inflammation, immunology and metabolism, thus, affect on the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction. However,there are still conflicts on the relationship between HP pylori and cerebral infarction.
