硝酸酯类对QRS振幅的影响

The Influcnce of Nitric Acid Ester Medicine on QRS Amplitude

目的研究硝酸酯类药物对QRS振幅的影响。方法将QRS振幅归纳为总振幅(∑QRS)、胸导合值和肢导合值。比较98例患者应用硝酸酯类药物治疗前与治疗后的QRS振幅合值变化。结果用硝酸酯类后∑QRS较用药前增大(P<0.05)。结论∑QRS变化可对评价药物扩冠的临床疗效提供帮助。

Objective To investigate the influence of nitric acid ester medicine on QRS Amplitude. Methods The QRS amplitude included the total 12-lead QRS amplitude（∑QRS） ,the total chest lead QRS amplitude and the total limb lead QRS amplitude. The QRS amplitude characteristics before and after the therapy of nitric acid ester medicine in 98 patients were compared. Results In the group of patients who took nitric acid ester medicine, the 52 QRS increased significautly after therapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The result suggested that the changes of ∑QRS maybe help to evaluate the clinic effect of medicine therapy.
