摘要
金栗王是从一日本栗中经过长期实生驯化选育出的加工型栗新品种。坚果红褐色,椭圆形,硕大,平均粒质量21.9g,最大粒质量34.5g。果肉淡黄色,质地粳性,味甜,鲜果含淀粉25.49%、蛋白质3.74%、脂肪0.95%、总糖13.59%、维生素C22.9mg·kg-1,品质上等。果实成熟期9月中下旬。果实加工破碎率低,制罐性能好,保质期长。树体结果早,丰产稳产,抗逆性强。
Jinliwang is a new processing chestnut cultivar selected from the open pollinated seedlings of a Japanese chestnut cultivar. The nut appearance is reddish-brown elliptic,having an average weight of 21.9g,but reaching 34.5 g. The pulp is faint yellow-colored,non-glutinous,containing 25.49% starch,3.74% protein,0.95% fat,13.59% sugar and 22.9 mg/kg vitamin C with a sweet flavor,of superior eating quality quality. It is also excellent to be processed. It matures in late September. The trees are precocious and productive,crooping year after year,and highly adaptable to growing conditions.
