Analysis on Coordinating Benefits of Interest Groups in Cross-regional Grain Sales Market

本文以粮食销售市场中粮食所有权的流程为线,对市场中各利益主体间的关系进行探讨,并运用交易费用理论,分析市场粮源充足和市场粮源不充足两种情况下阻碍跨区域粮食流通的主要因素。结果表明,降低市场交易费用、提高粮食购销企业间的交易效率是协调粮食销售市场各主体利益、顺畅跨区域粮食流通的关键。最后,从政府的角度,针对如何提高不同市场供需情况下购销企业的交易效率问题,提出政策建议。

Based on the grain-ownership transfer process in the market, this paper explored the relationships among interest groups in the grain sales market, and then using transaction cost theory anatomized the main factors hindered cross-regional grain circulation when the grain supply in the market is sufficient and un-sufficient. The results showed that reducing the transaction expenses and improving the transaction sufficiency of enterprises are keys to coordinate benefits of the interest groups in the grain sales market and to smooth cross-regional grain circulation. And finally, some policy recommendations on how to improve the transaction sufficiency of grain transaction enterprises under different conditions are given on the basis of the conclusions above.
