提出了铸件凝固温度场彩色等值线模拟法,用以解决四边形单元与三角形单元之间信息转换问题.同时消除了一般彩色图形显示法中间锯齿形边界的现象。可直观、准确地显示凝固进程。
In order to show objectively and accurately the numerical calculation results of casting solidification processes,the paper writers advanced a new method of simulating casting solidification temperature field by means of color contour.In this paper,the solution to the problem of information exchange between trigonal elements and rectangular ones is given.The problem of the presence of sawtooth boundaries among different areas in the old method has also been solved.On the computer screen,the casting solidification temperature field is displayed with clearness in color isogram.As a consequence,the quantitative analyses of casting solidification processes are made with much greater accuracy.
