摘要
论文分析了众包的概念和特征,以及众包与外包的异同,总结了众包发展的基本状况,从市场需求条件、所需人力资源供给基础、企业应对市场挑战、互联网提供的有效沟通渠道等四个方面对众包的产生和发展进行了理论分析,对众包商业模式中发包方、中介机构和接包方三位一体的模式的基本原理与流程进行了逻辑分析。由于众包这种新型的商业模式在中国还比较初级,还存在着诸如文化差异造成的沟通障碍、知识产权、信息安全和诚信问题等诸多不可控因素等问题,提出了构建众包商业模式应遵循的路径。
The papers analyze the definition and the feature of Crowd sourcing as well as the difference between Outsourcing and Crowd sourcing summarizes the development statue of Crowd sourcing. It made a theoretical analysis on the generation and the development of Crowd sourcing from four aspects which are the market demand, the supply foundation of human resource needed, the challenges from other enterprises and the communication channels provided by the internet. The article made a logical analysis on fundamental principle and process of the Business model of Crowd sourcing which relies on the mode of Contractee, intermediary and Contractor. Since the Crowd sourcing is still in the primary stage in China, lots of problem such as Communication Barrier caused by cultural differences, intellectual property rights, information security, trust and etc, the article put forward a path for building the crowd sourcing business model.
