摘要
随着全球化进程所带来的经济环境、竞争规则等方面的巨大变化,我国企业在管理方面正酝酿和演化出许多突出而急迫的问题,这些"时代病"包括:"战略缺失症"流行;找不准"核心竞争力";凝聚力缺乏导致人力资本的匮乏;企业文化没有个性;信誉危机;缺少平和心态;"国际化"情结;"公司政治"综合症。
Great changes happening on economic environment and competition rules with globalization will lead to profound changes and adjustment on research project of Chinese enterprises management. Chinese enterprises have many urgently-needed to be solved problems on management. The author tries to diagnose on these problems: Popularization of Shortage of Strategy; Inaccurate anchoring of core competence; Lacking of coherence resulting shortage of humane resources capital; No individuality of enterprises culture; Credit crises; Absence of gentle mind; Internationalization complex ; Syntheses of Company Politics.
