摘要
采用电解脱脂，复合酸洗除锈，非离子活性剂的助镀剂配方，无锌渣内加热熔锌和电磁抹拭等工艺，降低了生产过程中锌损耗（5％～7％），节约了能源，提高了钢丝镀层质量。
Some advanced technologies including electrolytic degreasing, derusting by composite derusting agent, using non-ionic surfactant plating assistant agent, zinc slag-free inner heating zinc melting and electromagnetic wiping were introduced. The process has the features of decreased loss of zinc （5%-7%）, reduced energy consumption and good deposit quality.
