摘要 国际战略联盟已成为中国企业获取国外先进知识的理想途径。但是实践中利用国际联盟获取知识的努力却很难达到预期效果。文章探讨联盟经验和合作技能对知识获取的影响。文章结论是:企业的一般联盟经验有利于其合作技能提高和获取知识;而企业的联盟伙伴专有经验影响较为复杂,随着联盟伙伴专有经验的丰富,其对合作技能和知识获取的影响呈现先边际递减趋势。只有当联盟经验转变为企业的合作技能时,才能更好地获取知识。 For Chinese firms, international strategic alliance has been one ideal way of knowledge acquisition from their partners. However, Chinese firms haven' t attained the expected outcome from it. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to explore the effect of alliance experience on knowledge acquisition and the mediating effect of collaborative know - how. The conclusion is that the general alliance experience has a positive effect on collaborative know - how and knowledge acquisition. The effect of partner - specific alliance experience on collaborative know -how and knowledge acquisition exhibits diminishing marginal returns: as partner- specific alliance experience increases, its contribution decreases. For Chinese finns, the more the collaborative know - how is gotten from the alliance experience, the more knowledge acquires from their international partners.
