摘要
文章就家文化对企业家行为的影响进行了分析,阐述了民营企业两权分离的困难和任人唯亲的原因,家文化直接导致对职业经理人的不信任;同时家文化也对企业家行为产生了一些积极的影响,用现代企业观点对家文化进行重新的诠释。
This article has carried on the analysis influence of the family culture to the entrepreneur behavior. The family culture analyzed the reason of cronyism and which two power separated difficulty of the Private enterprise, the family culture directly caused no - confidence of the professional manager , at the same time, the family cultural have some positive impact to the entrepreneur behavior,. This paper re - interpretations the family culture with the views of modern culture.
