A Review on Financial and Operation Joint Decisions in Supply Chain

有效地整合和协调物流、信息流和资金流是供应链管理的目标,供应链管理文献大多集中于物流和信息流的整合研究,物流和资金流的协调问题成为日前的研究重点。文章对供应链中融资与运作管理联合决策中的留存收益融资下的库存管理、商业信用融资下的库存管理、商业信用下的供应链协调、基于供应链融资等问题的定量研究成果进行梳理,以探讨未来的研究方向。

Supply chain management is a system which integrates material, information and finance, but most paper paid attention to coordinate material and information. Finance has been considered in supply chain management in recent years. This paper summarizes the major literatures that focus on financial and operation decisions in supply chains, Furthermore, the authors propose the future research directions on the problem.
