摘要
通过对纺织企业细纱车间的生产特点和信息管理水平的分析,结合制造执行系统(MES)的管理理念,开发了面向纺织企业细纱车间的制造执行系统,根据实际需求对系统的体系结构、数据流程、主要功能模块进行了详细设计,阐述了MES与ERP及下位机控制系统之间的关系,介绍了MES与ERP系统的集成技术、MES与下位机的通信技术。该系统实现了细纱车间从制订计划到生产过程控制和数据统计分析的管理与控制,以及生产过程的快速反应。成为现代企业信息化管理的重要标志。
Through analysis of the production existence and the info-management in spinning room plus the theory of the MES management, a MES system is introduced for the spinning room. Details design is given to the system regarding the structure,data flow, main functions. The relationship of the control systems between the MES and the ERP with the down-stream units are described. Introduction is given to the integral technology for the MES and ERP system and the commmunication technology between the MES and the downstream units. The general system makes it possible for the spinning room to respond timely from getting production plan to production flow including data collection and processing,thus symbolizing the info-management in modern enterprises.
