摘要
以加大半径的新构形齿轮刀具加工斜齿轮为例,通过分析切齿运动,研究了被切齿轮的齿数、螺旋角、刀具的标注角度、头数及加大半径量对工作角度的影响,并通过切齿实验进行了验证,为新构形齿轮刀具的设计和制造提供了理论依据。
Taking the hobbing of bevel gear by using the new gear hob with an increased radius as an example, by analyzing the cutting motions, the influences of the bevel gear' s teeth number, spiral angle and the hob' s signed angles, thread number and increased radius on the hob's working angles were researched, and a cutting experiment and calculating example were also pre- sented. The research result provides the theoretical basis for the new gear hob's design and manufacture.
