摘要
基于对HSK-A63刀柄与主轴锥孔接触状态的理论分析,利用CATIA软件的有限元模块,对HSK-A63刀柄与机床主轴联接系统在不同转速下的膨胀变形进行了仿真分析。结果表明,随着机床主轴转速的提高,主轴/刀柄联接系统的膨胀间隙将增大。通过适当提高轴向预紧力和联接面间的过盈量,可有效改善联接性能和提高加工精度。为增加联接可靠性,HSK-A63刀具系统的过盈量应为20-25μm。
Based on the theoretic analysis of contacting condition between HSK- A63 toolholder and spindle taperedhole, a simulation analysis for the dilative deformation of coupling system of HSK - A63 toolholder and spindle of machine tool under different rotating speed was carried out by using the finite element module of CATIA software. Results show that the dilatable clearance of the coupling system would increase companying with increasing rotating speed of the spindle. By means of properly increasing the axial pre-tightening force and magnitude of interference, the coupling performance and processing precision can be improved efficiently. In order to improve the coupling reliability, the magnitude of interference of HSK - A63 coupling system should be 20 - 25μm.
