摘要
本文通过对带裂纹的高压容器进行自增强与非自增强的内压疲劳对比试验,研究了自增强处理方法对带裂纹高压容器疲劳寿命的影响。试验结果表明,自增强处理不但提高了内壁带裂纹的高压容器的疲劳寿命,而且在一定条件下也提高了内壁和外壁带裂纹的高压容器的疲劳寿命。同时自增强处理也能显著提高筒体与平板封头连接焊缝的疲劳寿命。根据试验结果,文中也对高压容器的疲劳失效特点作了分析。
The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of autofrettage on the fatigue life of cracked high pressure vessels.A contrast fatigue test has been performed on both autofrettaged and non-autofrettaged cracked high pressure vessels.The test results show that autofrettage can not only increase the fatigue life of bore-cracked high pressure vessels,but also,under certain conditions,increase the fatigue life of outer-surface-cracked high pressure vessels.The authors have found that autofrettage can significantly increase the fatigue life of welding seams joining cylinders and flat plate heads.Finally,based on the test results,the failure analysis is also carried out of the cracked high pressure vessels.
