摘要
目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)联合γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法分别测定原发性肝癌患者和肝硬化患者各200例AFP、GGT、ALP、LDH血清含量,比较两组血清酶学指标水平差异,分析单项检测AFP及联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。结果原发性肝癌血清AFP、GGT、ALP、LDH水平与肝硬化组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),AFP、GGT、ALP、LDH单项检测在原发性肝癌患者中的阳性率分别为81%、67.5%、60%、35.5%,四项指标联合检测原发性肝癌阳性率达93%,明显高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论AFP、GGT、ALP、LDH联合检测可提高原发性肝癌的诊断阳性率。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic evaluation of AFP combined with 3' - glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase in detecting primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods patients with primary liver cancer were determined, liver cirrhosis patients with :200 cases of AFP, GGT, ALP and LDH serum content, compare two indicators of the level of difference in serum enzyme ; analyze individual test AFP and the joint detection of the diagnostic value of primary liver cancer. Results Comparing with liver cirrhosis, there were significant difference at serum AFP, GGT, ALP, LDH levels in primary liver cancer (P 〈 0.01 ). AFP, GGT, ALP and LDH single positive detection rates in primary hepatic carcinoma were respectively 81% , 67.5% , 60% and 35. 5%. Four indicators combined detection rate of primary liver cancer was 93% positive. It was significandy higher than that in the individual testing ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion AFP, GGT, ALP and LDH joint detection can improve the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
