摘要
目的测定阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)合并高血压患者的血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)经鼻持续气道正压通气(nCPAP)治疗前后的血浆水平的变化。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆TM、vWF水平,放射免疫法测定血浆ET-1水平,并经nCPAP持续治疗1周,检测治疗前后三者的血浆水平。结果30例OSAHS合并高血压患者其血浆ET-1、TM及vWF水平治疗1周较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OSAHS合并高血压患者血浆ET-1、TM及vWF水平治疗后下降,提示内皮功能损伤参与了OSAHS合并高血压的病理生理过程,可能是导致OSAHS血压升高的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma ET - 1, TM and vWF in the patients with OSAHS complicated with hypertension by the treatment of continous positive airway pressure. Methods The concentration of plasma ET - 1 was measure by radioimmunoassay and the concentration of plasma TM, vWF were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. To treat the patients with OSAHS complicated with hypertension by nCPAP for a week and to analyze the change of all about. Results Plasma ET - 1, TM and vWF level in OSAHS complicated with hypertension were higher than those in controls, there were significantly decrease in plasma ET - 1, TM and vWF after a week with nCPAP ventilation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The results show the plasma ET - 1, TM and vWF level in OSAHS complicated with hypertension were increase and decrease with the use of nCPAP. This finding supports the role plasma ET - 1, TM and vWF as one of the factors invoved in pathophysiologica] process of OSAHS complicated with hypertension, and might contribute to blood pressure increase of OSAHS.
