同型半胱氨酸检测在糖尿病肾病中的临床意义 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸在糖尿病肾病发生发展中的临床意义。方法选择151例2型糖尿病患者,并根据尿白蛋白排泄率及血肌酐水平将其分为单纯糖尿病组、早期糖尿病肾病组、临床糖尿病肾病组和肾衰竭组。42例健康体检者为正常对照组,检测其血同型半胱氨酸水平。采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果各组血浆同型半胱氨酸水平比较,糖尿病肾病组显著高于单纯糖尿病组,并随糖尿病患者肾脏损害程度的加重而升高,各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症与糖尿病患者出现肾脏损害程度相关,血浆同型半胱氨酸水平有望成为糖尿病肾病病情监测的有效指标。
