Discussions on the Three-Phase Separation Metering Device of Crude Oil Output for Actual Flow Calibration

根据三相分离式原油产量计量装置的工作特点,在油井井场,设计了一种实液校准油井原油产量计量装置的流程、测试步骤及数据计算与误差处理。通过对三相分离式单井计量装置的现场实液检测,为今后对三相流计量装置的现场测试提供了一种测试方法和思路。

According to the working characteristics of three-phase separation metering device of crude oil output, one process of calibrating the metering device of well crude oil output by the use of well actual liquid has been designed at the oil well fields, coupled with testing steps, data calculation and error treatment. Based on the field actual liquid detection of three-phase separation metering device, one testing method and a train of thought have been provided for the field test of three-phase metering device in the future.
